Ken is a lobbyist and shareholder at Schreiber GR Group (SGR) offering nearly two decades of proven performance advocating for clients before Wisconsin state government.

Since joining the firm in 1998, Ken has successfully lobbied the Wisconsin Legislature, the Governor’s office and the Administration for clients on a wide range of subjects, including tax, gaming, utility, alcohol and regulatory issues.  In addition, Ken has assisted clients through a number of successful state procurements within the Department of Administration (DOA), Department of Revenue (DOR) and Department of Transportation (DOT).

His achievements on behalf of the firm’s clients have occurred regardless of what political party is in control of the Legislature or Governor’s office.

Ken also manages media and public relations efforts for a client on several high-profile issues.  Clients have found Ken’s experience with PR strategies and tactics valuable in helping them reach their public policy goals.  Moreover, Ken leverages his extensive network of contacts throughout government, business and the community to assist clients with coalition-building efforts.

In addition to his work within Wisconsin state government, Ken has been asked to engage on behalf of clients before the Wisconsin Congressional delegation and the Milwaukee City and County governments.

Ken is a past president of the Wisconsin Association of Lobbyists. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado, where he competed for the University cross country and track & field team.  Ken still gets back to Colorado in the winter for alpine skiing and enjoys playing golf in the summer.

Ken is originally from the Chicago area.
